MUCA has partnered with WSB University to offer the highest quality Erosion Control Site Management Certification on the market. This one day course is designed for those who supervise, run, or direct construction site operations. This course covers MPCA construction stormwater permit requirements, the NPDES Construction Stormwater Permit process, MnDOT specifications, developing a SWPPP, and best management practices to reduce or control erosion and sedimentation. Other topics include site stabilization, perimeter control, and proper installation of best management practices. Also covered will be implementation of the erosion and sediment control plan, requirements of various regulatory agencies, and consequences of permit violations. MUCA’s program has been audited by both MnDOT and MPCA. This certification is now accepted by MnDOT as valid for any contractor who works on a MnDOT project and is a co-permittee on the NPDES permit
